At Lone Pine we know that you’re never too old to have a good time. That’s why we offer a wide variety of activities for both the young and the young at heart throughout our camping season. Weekly Rec Hall Activities
• Counselor-directed kids games Monday-Friday at 2:00 PM (June 16-August 29).
• Game night Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM (June 18-August 27).
• Bingo every Friday night at 8:00 PM (May 23-September 12, U.S. currency only).
• Candy Bar Bingo Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM (June 21-August 30).
• Take a ride on the Lone Pine fire truck every weekend (May 23rd - September 12th)!

A variety of sports are available every day to campers, including tennis, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard. Visit the camp store to borrow equipment, and be sure to have some fun at our Video Game Room (open every day during store hours).

May
May 1st marks the opening of Lone Pine's 2008 season!
Bring your favorite dish and join us May 17th for the Welcome Back Potluck, the first big get-together of the year. Later in the month we'll celebrate Mother's Day with a hearty breakfast in honor of our moms and will enjoy Memorial Day weekend with extra games for kids, a flea market, and a holiday dance! There will even be a dance just for teens, ages 18 and under with music by The DJ Man. Be sure not to miss Country Weekend on the 30th and 31st, when DJ Slipped Disk will spin all of the best country favorites.
June
If Dad is jealous of all the special treatment Mom received in May, June is a great time to visit Lone Pine. For Father's Day weekend we will host a delicious breakfast on Sunday morning, as well as a fun-filled dance on Saturday night.
Oldies Music Weekend, June 20th and 21st, features special performances by our friends Zeke and Sergio, as well as an opportunity for your pets to take center stage and win prizes! June is also a big month for all of you RV, camper, and car lovers--don't miss the Vermont Country Campers Show the weekend of June 6th and Ehler’s RV Weekend and Car Show the weekend of the 27th.
July
July is an action-packed month full of fun activities, special events, and favorite traditions. Join us for Independence Day weekend when kids march in their own parade, enjoy an ice cream social, and everybody lets loose with live music performed by The Adams at the season's first big dance. Since we don't see each other during the winter, the Lone Pine community also celebrates Christmas in July, complete with a children's Christmas party and a visit from Santa! Our infamous Cow Bingo game will also take place later in the month, as well as Casino Night, held Thursday the 24th.

August
Things really start heating up in August, with the kick-off of the annual Lone Pine Junior Olympics.
Kids ages 5-16 are encouraged to compete in a variety of games, with prizes awarded at at a dance with DJ Slipped Disk that evening. Halloween weekend is August 8th and 9th, and gives young campers an opportunity to dress their spookiest and go trick-or-treating! Labor Day weekend is the last big dance of the season, with live music by The Adams. Also, be sure not to miss all of the fun of the Champlain Valley Fair, held only minutes away at Champlain Valley Exposition starting the 22nd.
September
As the leaves begin to turn in Lake Champlain Valley, we at Lone Pine get ready to say "so long" until next season. Before we close on October 15th, however, we host a number of events and activities that aren't too be missed. On Saturday the 6th riders and enthusiasts alike venture to Lone Pine for our annual motorcycle rally, which is always a big hit. To celebrate the end of another great season, we'll enjoy a final potluck together during Thanksgiving Harvest weekend, so bring your favorite dish!
October
The last day for camping this season is October 15th.
